We had Christmas a day early, because we wanted to. The boys got quite a haul this year. Atlas deemed it the best Christmas ever.

I was awake all night. Cosby woke very early and Nick cuddled him back to sleep. Then Atlas woke up and it was time to unwrap, so we woke up Nick, but Cosby stayed asleep for a while.

Eventually he was up and happy as ever.

The day was so exciting that he feel asleep in his high chair, which is a first for him, during dinner.

Here are their reactions to opening presents.

It's been a while. A month and a half or so. I don't know why I haven't really felt like blogging. Sorry. I've been struggling a bit out here, as usual, but we have had some fun times.

We went to Cincinnati to see our good friend's, the Halls.

After a night at their house we all jumped in our van and drove to Pennsylvania to have Thanksgiving with Addy's family.

We went to the most happening skating rink.

So many people were on the dance floor.

I made them all pose like this- sorry Halls :)

We met their dog for the first time. His name is Robot and he has 3 legs. Cosby loved him.

When we got home we put up our decorations. It's freezing outside and Atlas stills insists on being in his underwear.

Cosby has some new teeth.

Atlas had a preschool Christmas program. I will put up the video as soon as it uploads.

Atlas does not like Santa.

Or smiling for pictures anymore.

We went to St Louis to go to the zoo but stumbled on an art museum first.

I got pretty excited right when we walked in to see an Anselm Kiefer.

Atlas just really wanted to see the mummies. We liked looking at this one's bloody feet.

Here he is doing a tough pose in front of some armor he really liked.

Nick was happy to see some Joseph Cornells.

Atlas liked this crumpled metal.

I hope someday Atlas thinks it's as cool as I do that he has pictures of him as a little boy in front of a Chuck Close.

Here's Cosby being a scathing art critic.

The zoo was pretty desolate. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, and were able to get really close and interact with a lot of the animals.

Cosby loved the monkey house and would have stayed there all day.

Then we had cupcakes for dinner, because, duh.
